• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 21, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 P.M. by Chairman Ford. Also
present were Aldermen Wallner and Knudsen.
Ald. Wallner moved to recommend that the Common Council approve a
holding tank installation by Joseph K. Smukowski at W152 S9832 Thode
Drive subject to and in accordance with the agreement and performance
bond as drawn up by City Attorney John P. Buckley. Seconded by Ald.
Knudsen, motion carried. Mr. Smukowski agreed to provide regular
reports to the committee concerning pumping frequency if the committee
should so desire.
Ald. Wallner reported a water -filled excavation on Westwood Drive.
Supt. Bertram will check it out.
The committee is awaiting an opinion from Attorney Buckley regarding
Plan Commission control over sign approval.
The committee deferred action on the potential lake dredging disposal
site west of Gold Drive until John Strand & Associates complete their
studies in late spring or early summer.

The meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
