• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 21, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ron Ford at 7:00 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Knudsen, Wallner, Ford, Czarnecki, Foldy and Mayor
Gottfried.
•Building Inspector Lee will appear at the next meeting to continue
discussion of his department.
Ald. Knudsen will contact Tom Inman to see what progress has been made
on the Thomas Landfill matter.
Ald. Knudsen moved to request an opinion from the City Attorney as to
whether or not the Plan Commission can reject signs solely on the basis
of color and size and wording. Seconded by Ald. Wallner, motion carried
with Ald. Ford voting "no".
Mayor Gottfried agreed to look up the conditions that the Plan Commission
placed on Johnny's Petroleum in 1972.
Correspondence was reviewed and placed on file.
• The committee will request a report from Building Inspector Lee at
the next meeting regarding the Froehlich property.

Ald. Ford moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Knudsen, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
