• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 13, 1973
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Wallner at
7:00 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Knudsen and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
The committee received a notice from the DNR on the yearly drawdown
on Little Muskego Lake. It was ordered that
a. Drawdown shall be accomplished at a uniform rate
sufficiently slow that fish entrapment and erosion
and flooding in downstream areas do not result.
b. The thin -ice area around the water bypass shall be
fenced off to prevent access by the public.
C. A minimum of 25 percent of the normal low flow of
the stream shall be passed through the dam at all
times.
• Mayor 6'ottfried reported that Attorney Buckley will begin action on
the restoration bond of the Norm Thomas site.
A letter was received from Inman Engineering regarding the survey
work they are doing for Norman Thomas - a copy to go to John Buckley.
