Aid. Knudsen moved to enforce the restoration bond of Dale Dawson
and use it to begin restoration of the gravel pit. Seconded by
Aid. Wallner with Aid. Ford voting "no". The motion carried.
• The committee agreed to meet with the city attorney on enforcing
the bond. Aid. Knudsen will discuss with Zoning Officer Lee
possible violations regarding the pit which is owned by Norman
Thomas.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
Aid. Knudsen moved to adjourn, seconded by Aid. Wallner, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:36 P.M.
