MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MARCH 22, 1973
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 7:20 P.M. Also
present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Cole, Foldy and Knudsen.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on February 22, 1973, were
reviewed and placed on file.
Mayor Gottfried will contact owners of land regarding the preservation
of fill sites for the dredging project and request their presence at
our April 5th meeting.
Ald. Knudsen indicated his dissatisfaction with the way citizens are
being handled at the dump site. He stated that he feels all citizens
should be able to dump into the canisters rather than being directed
out onto the landfill if they arrive with an excessive amount of rubbish.
Mayor Gottfried will contact Best Disposal to request some additional
information before the committee acts on their request for a permit to
haul refuse in the City of Muskego.
• Ald. Knudsen requested that the committee contact the Dept. of Natural
Resources to determine the status of the Solid Landfill Permit for
Thomas Disposal. t
Five (5) building violations were reviewed and placed on file.
One Nuisance complaint was reviewed and placed on file.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Cole. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
