MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 18, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Dumke. Also
present were Aldermen Cole and Knudsen and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on January 4, 1973, were
reviewed and placed on file.
Seven (7) Building Code violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Gerald P. Lee, Building Inspector, will be attending the Wisconsin
Building Code Refresher on February 22, 23 and 24, 1973.
One (1) zoning violation was reviewed and placed on file.
Resolution #3-73, entitled, Granting a Solid Landfill Permit to Norman
Thomas, was discussed in detail. Ald. Cole moved to recommend an
amendment to Resolution 3-73, to include the requiring of signs indic-
ating "No Trespassing" or "Danger" on the west property line. Seconded
• by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Cole. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
