MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 4, 1973
• The meeting was called to order at 7:20 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Alderman Knudsen and Mayor Gottfried.

Mr. Don Yahr and William Reeder, Jr., appeared at the meeting to discuss
with the Committee a proposal to lease an area at Idle Isle from the
City for the purpose of serving the needs of the Muskego Yacht Club.
They advised the Committee that the Park and Recreation Board has
heard the proposal and are obtaining a legal opinion from the City
Attorney before making a decision.
Mr. Don Yahr appeared to explain the proposal being prepared as a
joint venture between the school and Park Board involving six tennis
courts to be built on the High School site. They would be built
with a 50% grant from the Federal Government, 25% would be paid by
the school and 25% by the city.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned.
