• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 6, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 9:30 P.M. by Chairman Dumke. Also
present were Mayor Gottfried, and Aldermen Foldy and Cole.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on November 9, 1972, were
Is reviewed and placed on file.
Eleven (11) violations of the Municipal Code were reported by the Building
Inspector. Same were reviewed and placed on file.
Two (2) zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
One (1) condemnation order was reviewed and placed on file.
A progress report has been received from Norman Thomas regarding
the activities at the former Gravel, Inc. property on the corner of
Hillendale and Tans Drives.
The preliminary draft of the contract and permit between the city
and Carl Wauer and Acme Disposal was reviewed. A copy will be given
• to each Alderman for their consideration.
Ald. Cole moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
