0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 9, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman Dumke. Also
present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Cole and Knudsen.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on October 23, 1972, were
reviewed and placed on file.
Eight (8) zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
A letter dated 11/8/72 from Gary Badertscher requesting a permit
would would allow him to dump drywall in the city dump. Ald. Knudsen moved
to refer the request to the Finance Committee. Seconded by Ald. Cole.
Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried advised the committee of a meeting held today with
representatives of Acme Disposal regarding the landfill negotiations.
A resolution will be presented to the Common Council at its next
meeting. Ald. Knudsen suggested that Mayor Gottfried contact Acme and
discuss their assistance in a recycling program.
• Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Cole. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
