MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 11, 1972.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 9:35 P.M. Also
present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Cole, DeBack, Foldy, Ford, Knudsen
and Schaumberg.
The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the Wauer-Acme
landfill site. Considerable discussion was held with all aldermen and
the Mayor speaking on the matter.
Ald. Knudsen moved to recommend Council adoption of a resolution advising
Carl Wauer and Lydia Wauer that it is the committee's decision that the
exclusive use of the 33 acres leased site has been violated and to request
that all unauthorized persons presently using the dump site leased by
the city to discontinue that use. Seconded by Ald. Cole. Motion carried.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Cole. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 12:30 A.M.
