• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 26, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 7:12 P.M. by Chairman
Dunke. Also present were Mayor Gottfried and Alderman Foldy,
Knudsen and Sapp. The minutes of the previous meeting held
on June 5, 1972 were received and placed on file.
Mrs. S. Lewandowski of W175 W7430 Park Drive, appeared to
discuss the problems arising out of the use'by the public of
the 40 ft. fire lane at the end of Park Drive. The Committee
will get a legal opinion from Attorney Buckley and take further
action_ at a later date.
Five zoning violations were received and placed on file.
City Attorney John Buckley and Attorney Casgar, Carl Wauer,
isHarvey Larsen and Don Otter joined the meeting at eight P.M.
for the purpose of discussing the proposed contract and permit
between the City and Acme-Wauer. Considerable discussion was
held on the matter and it was agreed that Acme will attempt
to clearly define the payment and arbitration factors as well
as attempting to control the noise of the trucks. The Acme
people and Mr. Wauer left the meeting at 10:45P.M.
The committee continued thier discussion with Mr. Buckley.
Alderman Sapp moved to adjourn seconded by Alderman Knudsen.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 11:10 P.M.
