is MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 17, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 8:48 P.M. by Chairman Dumke. Also
present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Foldy, Ford, Knudsen and Sapp
and City Attorney Buckley.
• Mr. Tim Casgar, Attorney for Acme Disposal, Mr. Stan Ruminski, Mr. Ted
Meyer and Mr. Harvey Larsen of Acme Disposal and Mr. Carl Wauer, Mr.
Knapinski and Mr. Clayton Cramer, Attorney for Wauers, were also in
attendance to discuss the land fill site.
Mr. Casgar acted as spokeman for the group and in so doing, submitted
a proposal "General Provisions to be Included in the Muskego-Wauer-Acme
Agreement". (A copy will be provided for each alderman for his review).
Considerable discussion was held on the matter of the land fill site
and the proposal submitted. The committee will review the request for
a Dump Permit and the necessary agreement between Wauer, Acme and the
city, after the Plan Commission has made their recommendation to the
Council.
