• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 113 1972
The meeting was called to order at 8:50 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Foldy, Ford, Knudsen
and Sapp, Building Inspector Lee and City Attorney Buckley.
_• Ald. Sapp volunteered to serve as Secretary.
Building Inspector Lee reported on numerous condemnation orders already
on file.
Ald. Knudsen requested action to remove an unsightly garage at the
end of Lochcrest Drive. No action was taken.
At 10:05 P.M. Mr. Ruminski and Mr. Larsen of Acme Disposal,Co. and
Mr. Carl Fauer joined the meeting. Considerable discussion took place
regarding the city's lease with Mr. Wauer for the 33-acre dump site.
It was agreed that another meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 17,
1972.
• Building Inspector Lee requested discussion on 31 junk car violations. A
meeting will be held with Mr. Lee to give further consideration to these
violations:-

Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:08 A.M.
