• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman Foldy. Also
present were Aldermen Schaumberg and DeBack and Mayor Gottfried. Ald.
Narlock was also present.
Ald. DeBack moved that final payment be made to L&R Construction for
Sewer Project MSS-8-70 upon clarification of gravel prices. Seconded
by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved that the Edward Miller property located on the corner
of Saroyan Road and Windsor Dr. not be considered as a corner lot.
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved that final payment be made to Michaels Pipeline
for Project MSS-6-70 subject to the repair of the driveway of the
Donald Worske property located on the corner of Diamond Dr, and Agate
Dr. Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Ald. DeBack moved to recommend final payment to Ramplex for MSS-3-70.
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
• Correspondence received regarding L&R requesting of Project MSS-2-71.
Ald. DeBack moved to grant request, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion
carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to deny the claim of Mrs. Ed Kuka, Woodland P1. re-
garding expenses to well. Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to apply late charges on contractors of Sewer
Projects MSS-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-70 regarding contract completion date and
acceptance date by the Sewer Committee. Seconded by Ald. DeBack,
motion carried.
The Sewer Project on Tess Corners Drive from Woods Road to the Fire
House by Ryan Construction to be discussed with Mr. John Mielke at the
next Sewer Committee meeting.
Ald. DeBack moved to recommend to the Council that Ruekert & Mielke be
authorized to prepare plans and specifications for sewers in Hillendale
Heights and Hi-Y Ranches Subdivisions and to study adjacent areas.
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion carried.
• The Committee recommended that refunds be paid to Mr. Ron Ford and Mr.
Clair Smith.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
