MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 7, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Foldy. Also
present were Aldermen DeBack and Schaumberg, Mayor Gottfried, Clark
Barry, Mr. Hamm of L&R Construction Co. and Mr. Al Wills of Michaels
Construction Co.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
Mr. Clark Barry reported on the restoration of the Northwest sewer
projects.
The committee had requested the representatives of the sewer con-
struction projects MSS-8 and MSS-6 to discuss the final payment for
same. They were requested to explain extra expenses and reasons for
not meeting contract deadline. The Committee deferred any action
until further discussion can be had with Ruekert & Mielke.
The Committee discussed the unfinished restoration and replacement
of bushes on the Reinholz property on Hillview Dr.
The Committee discussed the lateral location problem of Mr. Ed Miller
who resides on the corner of Saroyan Rd. and Windsor Drive. Mr. Don
Otto of Ruekert & Mielke will be contacted.
The Committee will also contact Ruekert & Mielke to determine why
portions of contracts cannot be accepted in order that road work can
be completed.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
