• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 8, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 P.M. by Chairman Burgermeister.
Also present were Ald. Wollman, Mayor Gottfried and Building Inspector
Lee.
The minutes of the meeting held March 18, 1971, were reviewed and
placed on file.
Mr. Carl Wauer and his sub -contractor appeared at the meeting regarding
the operation of landfill site. Method of operation was discussed and
the time of operation of haulers dumping refuse was verified.
The meeting recessed at 8:00 P.M. and reconvened at 10:50 P.M.
Four (4) Junk car violations were read and placed on file.
One (1) Sign violation was read and placed on file.
Four (4) Building violations were read and placed on file.
A letter dated March 29, 1971, from City Attorney Buckley to the
• Industrial Safety & Building Division, Dept. of Industry, Labor &
Human Relations, State of Wisconsin, was read and placed on file.
Building Inspector Lee discussed several problems regarding action
on condemnation of homes.
The meeting adjourned at 11:20 P.M.
