MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MARCH 18, 1971
Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:15 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Wollman and Dwyer and Mayor Gottfried.
Minutes of meeting held on March 4, 1971, were approved and placed
19 on file.
Five (5) zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Six (6) junk car violations were reviewed and placed on file.
A letter dated March 5, 1971, from City Attorney Buckley directed
to Mayor Gottfried regarding the City's liability for failure to
comply with the repair orders for City Hall issued by the Department
of Industry, Labor and Human Relations, was reviewed.
Chairman Burgermeister to correspond with City Attorney Buckley to
request a six month extension for the repair orders that have not
been completed.
• Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dwyer. The meeting
adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
