PWM19710218PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 18, 1971 Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Wollman and Dwyer and Building Inspector Lee. The minutes of the meeting held on February 4, 1971, were approved • and placed on file. Seven (7) Junk Car violations were reviewed and placed on file. One (1) Plumbing Code violations was reviewed and placed on file. A letter dated February 5, 1971, from Building Inspector Lee, directed to City Attorney Buckley, regarding the required repairs to City Hall, was received and placed on file. In this letter Inspector Lee requested an opinion from City Attorney Buckley regarding the City's liability for completing the repairs. A letter issued by City Engineer Barry to all sewer contractors re- garding the responsibility for proper marking of sewer excavations, was received and placed on file. • Inspector Lee reported to the Committee that he was obtaining the costs of razing the condemned house at W184 S6652 Jewel Crest Drive. • An informational letter from the Waukesha Environmental Council re- garding a meeting to be held on February 22, 1971, on the Clean Air Act, was received and placed on file.
