MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 7, 1971

Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Wollman and Dwyer.
The minutes of the meeting held on December 17, 1970, were approved
and placed on file.
Three zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
The Committee discussed the proposed condemnation action for a
house located at W146 S7423 Durham Drive.
The Committee discussed the City of Muskego curfew ordinance and
explored different methods of making it more enforceable than the
present ordinance.
Alderman Wollman moved to adjourn. Seconded by Dwyer. The meeting
adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
