• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 17, 1970
Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Wollman, Narlock, Dwyer and Building Inspector
Lee.
The minutes of the meeting held on December 3, 1970, were approved
and placed on file.
Two (2) zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
A letter dated November 17, 1970, from Building Inspector Lee, directed
to Mr. A. Hernke, W166 S8076 Pellman Lane, informing him that con-
demnation orders had been placed on a cottage he owns at W166 S8090
Pellman Lane, was read and placed on file.
A letter dated December 14, 1970, from Building Inspector Lee to City
Attorney Buckley, requesting condemnation orders for a house and
unattached garage located at W146 S7423 Durham Drive, was read and
placed on file.
A letter dated December 16, 1970, from Building Inspector Lee to City
Attorney Buckley which requested an extension of time for the removal
of the buildings for the MacAillo condemnation action at S104 W15430
Loomis Drive, was read and placed on file.
A letter dated December 3, 1970, from Building Inspector Lee, directed
to Mrs. J. Morris, Waukesha County Social Services, regarding the
condition of a residence located at S68 W15071 Janesville Road, was
read and placed on file.
Mr. Carl Wauer appeared before the Committee to discuss the present
operation and operating practices of the City sanitary landfill operation.
Chairman Burgermeister will contact City Attorney Buckley regarding
clarification of the lease agreement language.
Wollman moved to adjourn. Dwyer seconded. The meeting adjourned at
8:05 P.M.
