• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 19, 1970
Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Dwyer and Wollman and Building Inspector Lee.
The minutes of the meeting held on November 5, 1970, were approved
and placed on file.
.• One (1) Plumbing Code violation was reviewed and placed on file.
One (1) Zoning violation was reviewed and placed on file.
A letter dated October 14, 1970, from Mr. W. Riggins, Attorney at Law,
to City Attorney Buckley regarding the condemnation action on the
house located at W184 56652 Jewel Crest Dr., was read and placed on
file.
A letter dated November 12, 1970, from City Attorney Buckley to Mayor
Gottfried regarding the violation od the Zoning Ordinance on the
Romanske property on Woods Road, was read and placed on file.
A letter dated November 17, 1970, from Mr. V. Demshar, Waukesha Co.
• Highway Commissioner, to Mayor Gottfried regarding the drainage
situation along old C.T.H. "Y" at the nursing home adjacent to
S.T.H. 1124", was read and placed on file. Wollman reported that
the drainage problem was on the agenda for the Public Works Committee.
Owners claim for damages to animals was filed by Joan Kohne, W200
57203 Hi-Y Drive, was reviewed and approved for payment of $30.00
for the loss of two rabbits.
Chairman Burgermeister reported that the Park and Recreation Board
had rejected the construction bids for the building at Kurth Park.
Wollman moved to recommend to the Common Council that the bids for
the building at Kurth Park be rejected. Dwyer seconded. Motion
carried.
Wollman moved to adjourn. Dwyer seconded. The meeting adjourned
at 8:10 P.M.
