• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 8, 1970
Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Dwyer, Wollman and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the meeting held on September 17, 1970, were approved
• and placed on file.
Three (3) junk car violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Two (2) sign violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Four (4) zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Mr. Rexall Milian, W203 S11082 S. Denoon Rd, appeared before the
Committee to give his and the residents in the surrounding area,
reasons why the fence constructed by Mr. Andrew Sciano, 5110 W20408
S. Denoon Rd, constitutes a public nuisance and should not be
allowed.
• Burgermeister informed Mr. Milian that the committee will conduct
an "on site review" on October 10, 19705 of the fence, discuss
the problem, and will inform him of the committee's decision on
the fence.
The committee discussed the operation of the city dump and ramifications
of the inputs of other disposal companies who are assisting in its
operations at the present time.

A letter from Mayor Gottfried, dated October 2, 1970, to Mr. George
Vogel, S74 W20976 Field Dr., was read and placed on file. The letter
answered Mr. Vogel's questions regarding the city's agreement with
the operators of the city dump.
Wollman moved to adjourn.
