• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 3, 1970
Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Wollman, Dwyer, Building Inspector Lee and
Mayor Gottfried.
•The minutes of the meeting held on August 20, 1970, were approved and
placed on file.
Three (3) Zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
One (1) Plumbing Code violation was reviewed and placed on file.
One (1) Electrical Code violation was reviewed and placed on file.
Chairman Burgermeister presented the Park and Recreation Budget for
1971 to the Committee. A preliminary review was held. Additional
meetings are scheduled for the budget before final approval.
The revised building plans for Kurth Park were discussed by the
Committee. Wollman moved to reject the accepted bids for the
original building at Kurth Park (Resolution #50-70, adopted March 24,
do1970) Dwyer seconded. Motion carried.
Dwyer moved to adjourn. Wollman seconded. The meeting adjourned
at 8:15 P.M.
