• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 18, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman Burgermeister.
Also present were Aldermen Dwyer and Sapp, Building Inspector Lee and
Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the meeting held June 4, 1970, were reviewed and placed
• on file.
Six persons who own homes on Kurtze Lane appeared before the Committee
to register complaints about their personal property tax assessments.
Aid. Burgermeister informed them that the Public Welfare Committee had
no jurisdiction over tax matters but he would forward their complaints
to the proper city departments.
Mr. Ray Wallner appeared at the meeting to discuss the problems and
unanswered questions that he has for the property he owns at S76 W18149
Janesville Rd. Aid. Burgermeister stated that the Committee would re-
view this property.
The meeting recessed at 7:45 to give the committee an opportunity to
view various condemnation properties and the Wallner property.
The meeting reconvened at 9:00 P.M. At this time Aid. Wollman joined
the meeting.
Five (5) zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Three (3) junk car violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Three (3) Plumbing Code violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Aid. Burgermeister moved to begin condemnation action on the following
dwellings:
W165 S8208 Kurtze Lane, Hales Corners, Wisconsin
W164 S8200 Kurtze Lane, Hales Corners, Wisconsin
W184 56652 Jewel Crest Drive, Muskego, Wisconsin
Seconded by Aid. Dwyer. Motion carried.

Discussion on the Wallner/was resumed. Aid. Burgermeister moved to
refer the following questions to the Plan Commission:
• What is the possibility of amending the Zoning Ordinance to permit
a multiple dwelling at S76 W18149 Janesville Rd?
and
What is the plan and timing schedule for the new flood gate and dam
for Little Muskego Lake?
Motion seconded by Aid. Dwyer and carried.
Aid. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Aid. Dwyer and
carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M.
