MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 4, 1970
Present were Aldermen Burgermeister and Dwyer.
is The minutes of the meeting held May 21, 1970, were reviewed and
placed on file.
Two (2) junk car violations were reviewed and placed on file.
Six (6) zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
The letter dated May 26, 1970, from Little Muskego Lake Association
was read and placed on file.
The Study Report of Waukesha County Court versus the Muskego
Municipal Court was read and reviewed. This report will be studied
and recommendations made to the Common Council by this Committee.
• The Committee discussed the Burning Ordinance of the City of
Muskego. Sample Burning Ordinances for the Cities of New Berlin,
Franklin and the Village of Hales Corners will be reviewed to see
if the City of Muskego Burning Ordinance should be revised to
make it more effective.
Ald. Dwyer moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. Burger-
meister. The meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
