MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON APRIL 22, 1970
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Robert Burgermeister
at 7:00 P.M. Also present was Ald. Wollman.
The minutes of April 8, 1970 were reviewed and placed on file.
One (1) Junk Car violation was reviewed and placed on file.
Four (4) Zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file.
The problems of operation at the City Dump were discussed and
it was decided that Mr. Carl Wauer be invated to attend the next
meeting of this committee to be held on May 7, 1970.
The problems of persons filling their lots with spoils from the
sewers were discussed and it was suggested that Mr. Gerald Lee,
• Building Inspector, attend the next meeting to clarify the
existing controls of this problem.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald.
Burgermeister. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
