MINUTES OF MEETING HELD February 4, 1970
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wollman. Also present
were Aldermen O'Connell, Burgermeister and Sapp and Building Inspector
is Lee.
The Minutes of the meeting held January 21, 1970, were reviewed and
placed on file.
A lengthy discussion took place regarding the specifications and plans
of a recreation building at Kurth Park. Ald. Wollman moved that the
Common Council authorize the advertising of bids for the new recreational
building at Kurth Park. Seconded by Ald. O'Connell. Motion carried.
Discussion took place regarding the land owned by Mr. James Warwick
which overlaps the asphalt at Jensen Park by 27 feet. Ald. Burgermeister
moved that the park and Recreation Board purchase the lands owned by
Mr. James Warwick for the amount of $1400.00. Seconded by Ald. O'Connell.
Motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
