PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1969
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wollman at 7:05 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister and Sapp and Building
Inspector Lee.
The Minutes of meeting held October 8, 1969, were reviewed and
placed on file.
The further extended useage of the Viola Kurtze property on Kurtze
Lane was discussed. Ald. Burgermeister moved, seconded by-Ald.
Wollman, to deny any further useage of said property. Motion
carried. The Committee directed the Building Inspector to send
a letter to Viola Kurtze advising her of action taken by the
Committee.
Ald. Wollman moved, seconded by Burgermeister, to recommend to the
Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee to amend the Plumbing Code by
requiring the City to take percolation tests at the owner's expense.
Motion carried.
Building Inspector Lee explained his recommendations to the County
Health Code Ordinance which had been referred to his office by copy
of letter dated September 9, 1969. It was the Committee's opinion and
recommendations to have the following sections amended:

The Committee directed Building Inspector Lee to draft a letter to
the County Health and Sanitation Officer indicating these recommendations
to be delivered prior to the Hearing on October 23, 1969.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ald.
Wollman. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
