MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 3, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Wollman.
Present were Chairman Wollman, Aid. Burgermeister and Building
. Inspector Lee.
The minutes of meeting held August 20, 1969, were read and placed
on file.
Building Inspector Lee requested that the Committee reconsider
the condemnation of properties located at W163 58053 Dougherty
Lane and W165 58174 Kurtze Lane. The property owners had re-
quested permission to be granted use of said buildings for
temporary storage only. Aid. Burgermeister moved, seconded by
,Chairman Wollman, to grant permission for said property owners
to use the buildings only for storage purposes until June 30,
1970 at which time the previous condemnation orders would be
carried out. Motion carried.
IS Building Inspector Lee reported that he has had numerous complaints
on property located on Racine Avenue in the Lake DeNoon area due
to condition of the building. The Committee and Inspector Lee
to view the site at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, Sept. 6, 1969 before
any further action is taken.
Aid. Burgermeister moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by
Chairman Wollman, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at
8:40 P.M.
