MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 18, 1969
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wollman at 7:00 P.M.
Present were Ch. Wollman.and Alderman Burgermeister.
The minutes of meeting held on June 4, 1969 were reviewed and placed
. on file.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend:to`the Common Council that the
Park & Recreation Board be authorized to sell a Gang Mower which is
of no further use to the Department. Motion seconded by Ch. Wollman.
and carried.
Five (5) Junk car violations were received and placed on file.
Two (2) condemnation of houses were received and placed on file.
Letter from the County Sanitary Dept. to the County Health and So 1al
Dept. dated June 5, 1969 was read and placed on file. The letter
referred to sanitary problems regarding the Jones property on Racine
Ave.
• A letter from City Attorney Buckley to Bass, Goldstein & Moglowsky
regarding the Altman property on Muskego Dr. dated June 9, 1969 was
read and placed on file.
Proposed Ordinance regarding street excavations was reviewed and it
was suggested by Chairman Wollman that instead of a one time bond for
companies working within the city that a blanket bond for one (1) year
be added to the ordinance, possibly in the amount of $5,000.00.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn, seconded by Ch. Wollman. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
