• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 2, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present were Chairman
Wollman,.Ald. Burgermeister, Ald. Linck, Police Chief Kraus and Mr.
Gottfried.
•The Minutes of meeting held March 19, 1969 were approved and placed
on file.
•
One (1) junk car violation was read and placed on file.
One (1) Zoning Ordinance violation was read and placed on file.
Ordinance #139 regarding sewer service charges to churches was discussed.
At this time there;is no definite recommendation to the Rules, Laws
& Ordinance Committee as to the suggested charges.
Ordinance #141 regarding horseback riding was discussed. It is recommended
that the hours be added to the ordinance in regard to the riding of
horses on the shoulders of the road and it is suggested that the follow-
ing hours be included into the ordinance "Hours between sunrise and
sunset." Also the sentence concerning the destruction of horses by the
Police Department to amended as follows: 'Only upon the decision of
a veterinarian could and would a horse be destroyed."
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ch. Wollman.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
