MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 19, 1969
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wollman at 7:00 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Burgermeister, Cooley and Linck.
The Minutes of the meeting held 2/5/69 were approved and placed on
file.
Mr. Harry Beilfuss, S69 W17602 Wildwood Dr., appeared at the meeting
to see if it would be possible to have elections pertaining to
school affairs take place on the same day as city elections which
are held in the spring and fall of each year. Under the current
system many people do not realize when school elections are taking
place.
Ald. Burgermeister moved, seconded by Cooley, that the Finance
Committee authorize expenditure of no more than $50.00 for the
fabrication of the display board as presented by Mr. Fischer,
such board to be suspended from the ceiling of City Hall, subject
• to the approval of the Building Inspector. Motion carried.
The Statistical Report from the County was received indicating that
there were 171 Births and 47 Deaths in the City for the calendar
year 1968. Report placed on file.

Wollman moved, seconded by Cooley to adjourn. Motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
