• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 22, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman Wollman.
Present were Chairman Wollman and Aldermen Burgermeister, Cooley
and Linck.
Minutes of meeting held 1/8/69 were approved as read and placed on
file.
One (1) zoning P. and condemnation report was received regarding the
Oscar Schroedeproperty located at W188 57572 Oak Grove Drive. A
lengthy discussion took place and due to the fact that Mr. Schroeder
is hospitalized at this time, the Committee determined that Ald.
Burgermeister would call on Mr. Schroeder and report his findings
back to the Committee.
Ald. Burgermeister expressed concern as to the handling of sewer
problems developing within the present systems being installed
and those possibly to arise with the future projects planned. It
• was recommended that an ordinance be drawn up appointing the
Assistant Building Inspector as the Public Utility Officer with
a board of three aldermen to serve as members of the Board of
Public Utility.

Ald. Cooley moved to adjourn, seconded by Chairman Wollman. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
