MINUTES
OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER
10,
1968
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M.
40 Present were Chairman Wollman and Ald. Burgermeister.
The Minutes of the previous meeting held 10/2/68 were approved as
read and placed on file.
Two (2) Building violations were read and placed on file.
Ald. Burgermeister.moved, seconded by Ch. Wollman that Building
Inspector condemn both of the MacAillo buildings. Motion carried.
A memo received from Building Inspector Lee that he had placed a
stop order on the Joseph Gacek property on Field Dr. for building
without a permit.
Ch. Wollman advised that he had received many complaints from citizens
• who live in the area of the drainage canal near Lamb's Nursery in Tess
Corners complaining of a very unpleasant odor due to chemicals being
used and then drained into the canal by the Boldt Butter and
Egg Company.
Ch. Wollman moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Burgermeister, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
