MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 2, 1968
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M.
Present were Chairman Wollman, Aldermen Burgermeister and Linck,
City Attorney Buckley and Mr. Gottfried.
Minutes of meeting held September 16, 1968, were approved as read
and placed on file.
It was recommended by Chairman Wollman that the Committee view
the P. MacAillo property on Loomis Drive in reference to the
Building Inspector's letter of 9/16/68 to the City Attorney,
regarding the recent fire at this residence and possible con-
demning of structure.
It was recommended by Chairman Wollman that the Building Inspector
contact the Chaplain Corps for a report regarding the J. Gacek
property at S75 W20937 Field Dr. and report back to the next
meeting with findings.
Ald. Burgermeister moved, seconded by Ch. Wollman, that the
Building Inspector check all sewer along Racine Avenue to
make sure they are connected to the line properly. Inspection
to be made due to the odor of sewer gas coming out of the catch
basin in front of City Hall. Motion carried.
It was recommended by Ald. Burgermeister that the City Attorney
be requested to advise if any type of permit is necessary at
Dandilion Park with reference to the recent Maxwell Street type
of sales that have been held and future sales that are to be held
during the next month.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn, seconded by Chairman Wollman.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
