PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 16, 1968
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Present were Chairman Wollman, Aldermen Cooley and Burgermeister,
Building Inspector Lee, Alderman Narlock and Mr. Gottfried.
• Minutes of meeting held on September 3, 1968, were approved as read
and placed on file.
One (1) Zoning violation was read and placed on file.
Meeting recessed at 7:40 P.M. Recess was due to the arrival of Tavern
Owners and interested persons who had an appointment for a meeting with
the Safety Committee of which Chairman Wollman and Ald. Cooley are
members.
The meeting reconvened at 9:15 P.M.
It was brought to the attention of the Committee that Mr. Joseph Gacek
of S75 W20937 Field Dr. has been remodeling a barn without the necessary
• permits and was possibly living in said barn. It was recommended that
the Chaplain Corps of the Police Department investigate this case.
Motion by Chairman Wollman, seconded by Ald. Cooley that the following
requests of the Park and Recreation Board be passed to the Finance
Committee for action and approval.

Motion by Ald. Cooley, seconded by Ald. Burgezmeister , upon request of
• the Park and Recreation Board that the following be passed to the Finance
Committee for action and approval:
To be held in Special Reserve Acct. #250, Park Bldg. Fund
Amount $15,000.00, and
To be held in Special Reserve Account #249, Park Land Acquisition,
Amount $3,000.00
. Motion carried.
Ald. Cooley moved, seconded by Ch. Wollman, that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
