• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 6, 1967
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wieselmann.
Present were Chairman Wieselmann, Alderman Lentini and Alderman Budish.
A discussion took place in regard to the proposed Waukesha County
.Sanitary Code. After studying the proposed code the Committee felt
that the City of Muskego could best supervise the administration of
the various provisions contained in the proposed code.
Three zoning violations were brought to the attention of the Committee.
These concerned blocking the flow of water in ditches, junked cars, etc.
The Committee also received a communication from Inspector Lee in
regard to a condemned cottage at W179 S7714 Racine Ave.
Alderman Lentini moved that we go on record as being opposed to the
adoption of the Porposed Sanitary Code as presented by Waukesha County,
seconded by Alderman Budish, motion carried.
Alderman Wieselmann moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman
Budish. The meeting adjourned at 4:30 P.M.
