• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 21, 1967
Chairman Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M.
Present were Chairman Wieselmann, Alderman Lentini and Alderman
Budish.
40 Two new welfare cases were reported for the month of June.
Three zoning violations concerning junked cars were reported by
Inspector Lee.
Inspector Lee has issued a notice to Clarence Patton , W127 S6488
Tennyson Lane, in regard to the keeping of more livestock than is
permitted by ordinance. A notice of zoning violation was also issued
to Mr. Joseph Delfosse, W191 56474 Racine Ave., in regard to parking
of trucks, trailers and equipment. Several other zoning violations
were noted by the Committee, such as dumping of debris, parking of
vehicles, etc.
Communications from Attorney Hippenmeyer were received in regard to
the condemned cottages on Kurtze Lane.
• A communication from Attorney Hippenmeyer was sent to Inspector Lee
regarding the condemnation of the Alfred Hildenbrand property.
Inspector Lee informed the Committee that this matter was being taken
care of.
A letter has been sent to Checkerway Coach Co., Inc., S83 W20702
Janesville Rd. concerning a violation of a Conditional Use Grant.
A letter was received from Mr. Curtis Brewer, Asset Corporation
Counsel, in regard to Adam Ignasiak dealing with the pending fore-
closure and steps to be taken to clean up the area.
A copy of a communication was received which had been written by
Inspector Lee directed to Nationwide Development Corporation
informing them of building codes and zoning ordinances.
A communication was received from the Waukesha County Group, Dept.
of Public Welfare informing the City that the annual meeting will
soon be held. We will be notified of the date.
