PWM19661116PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 16, 1966 Alderman S. Robert Lentini opened the meeting at 4:30 P.M. Present were Alderman Lentini, Alderman Budish and Mayor Gottfried. Building Inspector Lee appeared with Mr. Gerald Faber to explain 06- the problem in Jewel Crest regarding septic systems. A lengthy discussion followed and it was agreed by the Committee that this could be recommended to the Council for approval upon recommendation from the State and also the City Attorney. A letter dated November 19, 1966, by Inspector Lee to the State Plumbing Inspector will be read to the Council at the next meeting. A communication from Attorney Hippenmeyer regarding Gravel, Inc. was received. It stated that the restoration plan, restoration bond and restoration agreement from Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland in the amount of $25,000 had been received. Several new zoning violations were received by the Committee from Inspector Lee. • A report from the Health Department for the months of July, August and September was received. It reported 51 births and 12 deaths for the City of Muskego. A letter was received from Dr. Ruth Church concerning ordinances that might be passed by a municipality pertaining to the Health Department. The letter suggested that all such ordinances should first be submitted to the Waukesha County Health Department for review. A communication from the Waukesha vocational School was received in regard to Social Security benefits. The third annual Institute on the Social Security program will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 1966, at the school during the hours of 1:30 P.M. and 3:30 P.M. The meeting adjourned at 5:20 P.M.
