THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 3:50 P.M. BY CHAIRMAN
BUDISH• THOSE PRESENT WERE MAYOR GOTTFRIED, ALDERMAN
HUDZIAK AND ALDERMAN DEANGELIS.
• MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE READ AND APPROVED.
THE FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS WAS THE CITY NEWSLETTER.
ALDERMAN HUDZIAK MOVED THAT THE NEWSLETTER BE RELEASED.
ALDERMAN BUDISH SECONDED THE MOTION AND IT CARRIED.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE (WAUKESHA COUNTY GROUP)
VOUCHER AFFIDAVIT RECEIVED FOR JANUARY (4 RELIEF CASES
AND 8 SERVICE CASES). THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE JANUARY
CHARGES WERE $1,173.15. WE RECEIVED A CREDIT FOR NON-
RESIDENCE COLLECTIONS OF $340.03 PLUS A CREDIT DUE OF
$138.12 FROM DECEMBER, LEAVING A BALANCE DUE FOR JANUARY
OF $695.00. ALDERMAN DEANGELIS MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO
THE FINANCE COMMITTEE THAT THE VOUCH BALANCE FOR JANUARY
($695.00) BE PAID. SECONDED BY ALDERMAN HUDZIAK AND THE
MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC WELFARE CASE; TO BE PLACED ON FILE AND REVIEWED AFTER
REPORTS ARE RECEIVED FROM THE "WELFARE GROUP ��.
CHAIRMAN BUDISH READ QUOTATIONS, FURNISHED BY INSPECTOR
LEE TO THE COMMITTEE FOR THEIR GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, FROM
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO ZONING ORDINANCE. SEC. 4.05(1)B,
4.05(G)4, 5.02(5) AND 6.04(4)F. THESE SECTIONS DEAL
WITH NUISANCES, ADVERSE EFFECTS ON THE AREA, UNENCLOSED
STORAGE, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF SETBACKS AND OFFSET
AREAS AND PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL PARKING.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THE
COMMITTEE, ALDERMAN HUDZIAK MOVED TO ADJOURN. SECONDED
BY ALDERMAN BUDISH AND THE MEETING ADJOURNED AT 4:25 P.M.
