MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 8, 1965
The meeting was called to order at 3:50 P.M. by Chairman Budish.
Those present were Mayor Gottfried and Aldermen Hudziak and
De Angelis.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved, as corrected.
• COMMUNICATION to Mr. Carl J. Mack from Mr. A. A. Erdman, Chief
State -Federal Veterinarian, stating that the Muskego Rendering
Plant is correcting its odor problem was read and placed on
file.
COMMUNICATION by/between the City Building Inspector and Mr.
Raymond J. Herrman (Director, Waukesha County Group) pertinent
to unsafe, inadequate, and unsanitary housing conditions were
read and placed on file.
COMMUNICATION from Building Inspector to this Committee
concerning the Andritch cottage was read and placed on file.
REPORT of one new'Welfare case received and placed on file.
COMMUNICATION from Inspector Lee to Mr. Zangerle concerning
dohis violation of the City Ordinance was read. Committee was
advised by Alderman Budish that steps are being taken by the
Planning Commission ordering Mr. Zangerle to appear before
this Commission, and accordingly to answer for his actions on
the expansion of his operation and its appearance.
DEPT. OFtPUBLIC '..7LFARE:(WAUKESHA COUNTY GROUP) Voucher
aTfidavit received for the month of October. Alderman Hudziak
moved to recommend to the Finance Committee that the Voucher
for October ($1190.09) be paid. Alderman Budisb seconded
the motion and it carried.
The next order of business was a general discussion on the
Asphald Plant. A letter was drafted by the Committee to be
forwarded to Mr. Dale Dawson for an immediate reply. The
correspondence is, in effect, to determine what progress,
if any, has been made by them in fulfilling the requirements
as stipulated by the Planning Commission at their meeting
of September 21st, and as subsequently approved by the
Council on October 12th.
There being now further business, Alderman Hudziak moved
to adjourn. This motion was seconded by Alderman Budish
and it carried.
