WELFARE COMMITTEE RECOMMEND TO THE COUNCIL THEY DIRECT THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO CONTACT THE VENERABLE STANLEY ATKINS INFORMING HIM
THE CITY IS NOT INTERESTED IN THE PROPERTY PRESENTLY OWNED BY
THE ST. DAVID'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH. SECONDED BY ALD. DEANGELIS•

COMPLAINT RELATIVE TO THE BURNING OF COPPER —WIRE AT THE WADER
DUMP SITE WERE REVIEWED. ALD. HUDZIAK MOVED THAT MR. WADER BE
ADVISED THAT NO BURNING BE PERMITTED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A
PERMIT FROM THE MUSKEGO FIRE CHIEF, LOUTS LUDWIG. ALD. DEANGEL—

COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE ACCUMULATION OF JUNK CARS WAS DISCUS—
SED ALSO THE ILLEGAL PARKING OF LARGE TRUCKS. ALD. HUDZIAK
MOVED TO HAVE THE SEC'Y CONTACT MR. JAMES VANSKYHOCK, SCHOOL DR.,
GIVING HIM 10 (TEN) DAYS TO CLEAR UP THE YARD. IF NO ACTION HAS
BEEN TAKEN WITHIN THIS TIME. THE CITY ATTORNEY WILL BE INSTRUCT—
ED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. ALD. DEANGELZS SECONDED THIS MOTION.

ELECTIONS; (1) THIRTY (30) DAY LIMITATION, (2) ONE (1) DOLLAR
