GOTTFRIED AND ALDERMEN DE ANGELIS AND HUDZIAK IN ATTENDANCE.
FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS WAS A DISCUSSION ON HORN FIELD IMPROVE-
MENTS. ALDERMAN BUDISH STATED HE HAD CONTACTED MR. KIBBE AND
RECEIVED A QUOTATION FROM HIM OF $375.00 TO CONVERT PRESENT BUR -
ER FROM NATURAL GAS TO L.P. GAS. THIS WOULD ALSO INCLUDE ALL
�JUCT WORK, AS WELL AS THE GAS TANK. ALDERMAN BUDISH ALSO STATED
HE HAD CONTACTED MR. GREGORY BOEHM FOR INSIDE WORK ON THE BUILDING
AT HORN FIELD. MR. BOEHM WILL SUBSEQUENTLY PROVIDE A BID FOR
THESE REPAIRS. ALDERMAN BUDISH MOVED TO DRAFT A RESOLUTION TO
PRESENT TO THE COUNCIL, TO PERMIT THE PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE TO
COMMENCE REPAIRS ON CONVERTING THE BURNER, DUCT WORK, ETC.
ALDERMAN HUDZIAK SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED.

HEALTH DEPT., FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO FOR OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND
DECEMBER TO BE PLACED ON FILE.
WEED CUTTING CLAIMS - ALDERMAN HUDalAK MOVED TO HAVE THE CORRESPOND-
ENCE FROM ROBERT J. RANDA BE REFERRED TO OUR ATTORNEY FOR AN

IGNATZ ANDRITCH WAS READ AND REVIEWED. ALDERMAN BUDISH MOVED THAT
THE REQUEST OF MR. IGNA TZ ANDRITCH FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO BE
GRANTED UNTIL 9-1-65 FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE COTTAGE... COTTAGE TO
REMAIN VACANT AFTER 3-24-65. ALDERMAN DE ANGELIS SECONDED THE
MOTION. MOTION CARRIED.
DEPT. OF PUBLIC WELFARE (WAUKESHA CO. GROUP).. VOUCHER AFFIDAVIT
REVIEWED. ALDERMAN HUDZIAK MOVED TO HAVE THE PUBLIC WELFARE
COMMITTEE APPROVE PAYMENT OF TOTAL CHARGES FOR JANUARY IN THE AMOUNT
OF $842.96 TO THE PUBLIC WELFARE GROUP. ALDERMAN BUDISH SECONDED
THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED.
CITY DUMPS - MAYOR GOTTFRIED PROVIDED THE COMMITTEE WITH INFORMAT-
ION AND FIGURES PERTINENT TO THE DUMPING ARRANGEMENTS THAT OTHER
CITIES HAVE, MORE PARTICULARLY, THAT OF N. BERLIN AND MENOMONEE FALLS
• ALDERMAN BUDISH MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE FINANCE COMMITTEE THAT
THEY APPROVE QUIGLEY BROS., AND ROBER T MOELLER PERMITS TO DUMP AT
WADER'S DUMP WITH THE STIPULATION THAT WAUERS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

CORRESPONDENCE OF MESSRS. CARL & ALFRED WADER, AS READ TO COUNCIL
ON FEBRUARY 25, 1965, WAS REVIEWED. ALDERMAN BUDISH MOVED THAT
THE REQUEST MADE IN THIS PARTICULAR CORRESPONDENCE FOR A CHANGE
OF CONTRACT FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS, BE DENIED. ALDERMAN HUDZIAK
SECONDED THE MOTION, MOTION CARRIED. IT WAS FELT BY THIS COMMITTEE
THAT THE CONTRACT WHICH EXISTS BYIBETWEEN THE CITY AND WAUER S IS
A VALID ONE, AND FURTHER, THE COMMITTEE WAS OF THE OPINION THAT
THE PRIVATE CONTRACTS WHICH COULD EXIST BYIBETWEEN PRIVATE HAULERS
AND WA UER WOULD BE AMPLE COMPENSATION.
