PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2003.
Chairman Patrick Patterson called the meeting to order at 2:02 PM.
Present were Committee Members Aid. Patrick Patterson, Aid. Chris Buckmaster
and Aid. Chuck Damaske. Also present were Mayor Mark Slocomb, Aid. Rick
Petfalski, and Director Sean McMullen.
Aid. Patterson noted the meeting was posted in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Aid. Damaske moved to convene into Closed Session, pursuant to Section 19.85
(1) (e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating or conducting other specific
public business where competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session
with respect to deliberations and negotiations now taking place between
contractors who have submitted quotes for the City of Muskego 2004
refuse/recycling contract. Seconded by Aid. Buckmaster. Motion carried.
The Committee convened into closed session at 2:05 PM.
Aid. Damaski moved to reconvene into open session. Seconded by Aid.
Buckmaster.
The committee reconvened into open session at 3:05 PM.
Communication and any other business as authorized by law — None
Being no further business to discuss, Aid Damaske moved to adjourn the
meeting, seconded by Aid. Buckmaster. Carried by all and meeting
adjourned at 3:05 PM.
