Report of Independent Auditors
Mr. Richard M. Petty
Senior Vice President and Controller
Time Warner Cable, a Division of
Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P.
Stamford, Connecticut
We have audited the accompanying statement of gross revenues from within the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, of Warner Cable Communications, Inc. ("WCC"), a cable system included in Time
Warner Entertainment Company, L.P ("TWE"), for the year ended December 31, 1994. This
statement is the responsibility of WCC's management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion
on this statement based on our audit.
We conducted our audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Those standards
require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the
statement of gross revenues is free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a
test basis, evidence supporting the amount in the statement of gross revenues. An audit also
includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management as
well as evaluating the overall statement presentation. We believe that our audit of the statement of
gross revenues provides a reasonable basis for our opinion.
The term gross revenues represents, in management's interpretation, service charges earned from
subscribers located within the City of Muskego, Wisconsin for basic and pay subscriber cable
television services and other auxiliary services.
In our opinion, the accompanying statement of gross revenues presents fairly, in all material
respects, the gross revenues, as defined in the preceding paragraph, from within the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, of WCC, a cable system included in TWE, for the year ended December 31,
1994.
This report is intended solely for the information and use of the management of WCC, a cable
system included in TWE, and the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, and should not be used for any
other purpose.
