SPECIAL PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE MEETING
Minutes of Meeting Held Tuesday, September 13, 2005
Chairman Eric Schroeder called the meeting to order at 8:14 PM. Also present were
Committee members Eileen Madden and Pat Patterson as well as Ken Ward of Ruekert
& Mielke.
Aid. Schroeder stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
WATER - NEW BUSINESS
Review comments from the 15"' Amended Water Capacity Assessment District
Public Hearing
The Committee reviewed comments from the public hearing. Mr. Don Speich of S69
W19175 Lembezeder stated he did not want to be in the WCA district. The Committee
did not know the exact location of Mr. Speich's property. Aid. Patterson moved to
recommend that the 151h Amendment to the Water Capacity Assessment District be
finalized with the condition that Tax Key No. 2180.976 (Speich) be removed if the
property is located at the NW corner of Lembezeder and Gold or the NE corner of
• Lembezeder and Hillendale. The Committee noted that the property could only be
removed if at either location. Aid. Madden seconded; motion carried.
SUBDIVIDER'S EXHIBITS
Copper Oaks - Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Mr. Ward noted that Engineering/Building Inspection Director Sean McMullen signed off
on the corrections that were required. Aid. Madden moved for approval. Aid. Patterson
seconded; motion carried.
Lembezeder Court - Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Aid. Patterson moved for approval. Aid. Madden seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Aid. Madden moved to adjourn at 8:30 PM. Aid. Patterson seconded; motion carried.
