MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MONDAY, JUNE 19, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 6:50 P.M. by Chairman David J.
Sanders. Also present were Committee Members Salentine and
Rasmussen, Ald. Suhr, Utility Supt. Scott Kloskowski and those per
the attached list.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 6/8/95 in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee discussed the Boxhorn, Ryan, Groveway Sewer Project
and the need to establish an interest rate for the payment plan.
It was noted that past projects were set at 8% which is 2/5% of
the City's cost for borrowing. Ald. Salentine moved to establish
rate at 8% for this project. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion
carried 3-0.
The Committee discussed Racine Avenue Water Project and the need
to establish an interest rate for the payment plan. Ald.
Rasmussen moved to establish rate at 8% for this project.
Seconded by Ald. Salentine, motion carried 3-0.
Ald. Salentine moved to adjourn at 7:00 P.M. Seconded by Ald.
Sanders, motion carried 3-0.
