MINUTES OF MEETING HELD THURSDAY, MARCH 17, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman David
Sanders. Also present were Committee Member Woodard, Mayor De
Angelis, Public Utilities Superintendent Scott Kloskowski, Rich
Eberhardt (Ruekert & Mielke) and Mr. Lew Averill (National
Survey & Engineering, Inc.). Committee Member Schneider was
absent.
The Committee discussed status of the following projects:
Hillendale-North of HWY L Sewer and Water
Nothing new to report.
Southeast Sewer Project
Rich Eberhardt reported that the Lift Station will remain in
the median, as per City Engineer's specifications and the
Committee determined that the size will remain consistent with
the engineer's specifications and will not be reduced in size
as requested by the Developer.
Boxhorn, Groveway Ryan Sewer Project
• The City Engineers are finalizing plans.
Mystic Drive/Foxboro North
Nothing new to report.
Shagbark, Lentini, College
The sewer project is completed; restoration remains to be
completed. Sewer As-builts have been submitted to MMSD.
The Committee reviewed status of REC Allocation and noted that
there are 1423 RECs left to allocate.
The Committee deferred action on the review of REC Charges for
Sandra Roberts Beauty Salon until the April meeting.
The Committee deferred review of Deferred Sewer Assessments
until the April meeting.
Superintendent Kloskowski reported on sewer flows from Norway
Service Area.
The Committee deferred review of Deferred Water Assessments

The Committee discussed status of Well Investigating Site.
isAld. Woodard moved to authorize Mayor De Angelis and
Superintendent Scott Kloskowski to make preliminary contact
with Waukesha County Park & Planning, Muskego High School and
Mrs. Benke to determine costs to obtain a well site.
The Committee discussed status of Water Reservoir Site and
reviewed report from the City Engineers dated March 17, 1994
which listed three options. The Committee will make a final
recommendation at the April meeting.
The Committee deferred action until April meeting for
Subdivider Exhibits for Champions Village-CCV.
Ald. Woodard moved to recommend approval of Acceptance of Water
and Sewer Improvements for the Plum Creek Subdivision.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Woodard moved to recommend denial of Acceptance of
Improvements of sanitary sewer and water mains for Plum Creek
Addn. #1. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of Acceptance of
Improvements of sanitary sewer and water mains for Lake Forest
(Single Family -Phase I). Seconded by Ald. Woodard, motion
carried.
• Ald. Woodard moved to recommend approval of Acceptance of
Improvements of sanitary sewer for Lake Forest Addn. #1.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Woodard moved
to recommend denial of Acceptance of Improvements of water
mains. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Woodard moved to recommend approval of Acceptance of
Improvements of sanitary sewer for Lake Forest Addn. #2.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Woodard moved
to recommend denial of Acceptance of Improvements of water
mains. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
