PUM19921013• PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 13, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 7:25 P.M. by Chairman
Sanders. Also present were Committee Members Misko and
Schneider, Mayor Salentine and Utility Superintendent Scott
Kloskowski.
The Committee reviewed the comments from the Public Hearing
meeting on the Valley/Lions Drive Extended Water project. Ald.
Misko moved to extend the original water project approximately
435 feet to include the properties on Pioneer Drive that have
petitioned for water extension and to make the following
adjustments to the assessment roll:
Tax Key 2196.982 William Zickert
W180 S7832 Pioneer Drive
Lower the assessable frontage from 105 to 90 ft.
as this property will not be considered a corner
lot as there is a water main running past his
property on Kristin Drive which was installed
by a private Developer.
isTax Key 2195.936 Rodale & Nancy Bochte
W181 S7837 Valley Drive
This lot was originally figured as a corner lot
with 130.00 assessable frontage and it was
determined that corner lot status was not
applicable as the Developer will be installing
water mains on Lions Park Drive Extended; thus
the assessable frontage will be lowered to 87.00.
Tax Key 2195.953 Allen & Edith Biwer
W180 S7797 Pioneer Dr.
This lot was originally assessed for 253.00
because of the triangular shape of his property.
The Committee determined that the actual assess-
ment would be 200.00 ft.
The Committee review the following bids for the Valley/Lions
Drive Extended Water Project:
