ROLL CALL � ae csr of USK'GO Present: Alderpersons Wolfe, Hammel, Terrence, Schroeder, Kubacki, and Madden. Absent: Alderperson Kapusta Also present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works & Development Director Kroeger, Assistant Deputy Clerk -Treasurer Crisp, and Assistant Deputy Clerk -Treasurer Pulles. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE Ms. Crisp stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law. PUBLIC COMMENT Lawrence Glen Roethle - W191S6456 Hillendale Drive, also speaking on behalf of Greg Wieckowski - S64W18807 School Drive spoke concerning the No Parking signs on School Drive. Mr. Roethle stated that he would like the council members to reconsider the decision made at the last meeting. They would like the No Parking to go only to Preston. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE Mayor Petfalski wished a Happy Birthday to Alderman Wolfe (today) as well as Alderman Madden and Alderman Kapusta (this week). The Dandilion Daze Community Festival is going on this weekend with the parade on Sunday. He would like to encourage everyone to get out there. The parade route has changed going from Janesville (original starting point) down to Pioneer and then down to the festival grounds. Alderperson Wolfe requested to remove Resolution #065-2022 and all council members agreed to allow comment from two speakers at this time. 1. Ellie Warnicke at W129S8744 Boxhorn Reserve Dr. 2. Randy Noska at W 129S8726 Boxhorn Reserve Dr. Ms. Warnicke and Mr. Noska spoke concerning the Final Plat for the Mallard Reserve Subdivision. Their concern is with the elimination of one of the entrances into the subdivision (the entrance off Durham Drive that was on the original plat) increasing the traffic going through Priegel Drive. Mr. Kroeger mentioned that the reason for eliminating that entrance was due to safety issues because of the curves, hills, and sightlines on Durham Drive. It was suggested that they review the meeting minutes from the December 7, 2021 Plan Commission Meeting. Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve the remaining items under Consent Agenda (not including Resolution Number #065-2022); Alderperson Schroeder seconded. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS Resolution #065-2022 - Approval of a Final Plat for the Mallard Reserve Subdivision Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve Resolution Number #065-2022; Alderperson Schroeder seconded. Motion carried. Reconsideration of Resolution #061-2022 - Establishing Traffic Regulations (No Parking Signs - School Drive) Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve Reconsideration of Resolution #061-2022; Alderperson Madden seconded. Motion carried. Alderperson Terrence moved to Amend the original version of the Resolution so that the No Parking signs go from Hillendale Drive to Preston Lane rather than to Gold Drive. Alderperson Hammel seconded; motion carried. The Motion as Amended passed unanimously. REVIEW OF COMMITTEE REPORTS Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - June 28, 2022 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes - June 7, 2022 VOUCHER APPROVAL Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve Utility Vouchers in the amount of $494,778.05. Alderperson Madden seconded; motion carried. Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount of $501,968.86. Alderperson Madden seconded; motion carried. Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice Transmittals in the amount of $396,941.71. Alderperson Wolfe seconded; motion carried. P. 3 COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW Updates from Aldermanic Liaisons • Muskego Festival Committee - Alderperson Schroeder mentioned that the committee is still looking for volunteers to help out. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Alderperson Kubacki would like to discuss the use of the American Rescue Funds.
